BJCTA To Detour Routes For the Birmingham Bowl at Protective Stadium

The following BJCTA routes will use detours during the Birmingham Bowl at Protective Stadium starting at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, December 27, 2024:

Route 22- Inglenook (Outbound)
• From 24th Street North to Rev. Abraham Woods Jr. Blvd
• Right on Rev. Abraham Woods Jr. Blvd to Carraway Blvd
• Left on Carraway Blvd to 12th Avenue North
• Right on 12th Avenue North and regular route

Route 22-Inglenook (Inbound)
• From 12th Avenue North to Carraway Blvd
• Left on Carraway Blvd to Rev. Abraham Woods, Jr. Blvd
• Right on Rev. Abraham Woods Jr. Blvd and regular route

Route 23-North Birmingham (Outbound)
• From Rev. Abraham Woods. Jr. Blvd to Carraway Blvd
• Left on Carraway Blvd and continue on Carraway Blvd and regular route

Route 23-North Birmingham (Inbound)
• Continue Carraway Blvd to Rev. Abraham Woods, Jr. Blvd
• Right on Rev. Abraham Woods, Jr. Blvd, and regular route

Route Magic City Connector (Southbound)
• Continue Short 20th Street North to Rev. Abraham Woods, Jr. Blvd
• Right on Rev. Abraham Woods, Jr. Blvd to 22nd Street North
• Right on 22nd Street North to 6th Avenue North
• Right on 6th Avenue North to 20th Street North
• Left on 20th Street North and regular route southbound

Route Magic City Connector (Northbound)
• Continue northbound Magic City Connector route to short 20th Street
• Use Short 20th Street as the end of the line until ready to go southbound
