The MAX Customer Care Center’s mission is To Become A Premier Customer Care Center in the Transit Industry. Our goal each day is to take care of the needs of our riders by serving them with excellence so that they will have the best experience possible with us.

We are one organization with three distinct groups; Fixed Route, Paratransit and Central Station ticket office.

The Fixed Route Customer Care Associates handle calls and inquiries from riders pertaining to their bus routes, schedules and locations.

The Paratransit Customer Care Associates make reservations and handle associated inquiries for riders who have been certified according to American with Disabilities (ADA) standards.

Central Station Customer Care Associates sell passes, share route information and handle customer inquiries. They also respond to customer concerns and manage our Lost and Found program.
