Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BJCTA/MAX TRANSIT and its officers, trustees, directors, and employees from and against all fines, suits, proceedings, claims, causes of action, demands, or liabilities of any kind or of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
Severability and Waiver
The invalidity of any term or provision of these Terms will not affect the validity of any other provision. On behalf of BJCTA/MAX TRANSIT, First Data and Authorize.net process financial transactions originating on this Site and store data associated with those transactions. If you complete a financial transaction through this Site, Authorize.net and/or First Data collect and store your name, credit card number, credit card expiration date, and any other information necessary to process and track the transaction. Demographic information. We may collect information like your gender and date of birth if you fill out a survey or apply for an aged-based discount.
