BJCTA provides paid time off during certain holidays for employees to enjoy time with family and friends.
Pension Plan We offer a pension plan where you contribute up to 3% and BJCTA contributes 5%. You earn more benefits the longer you stay:

Pension Plan We offer a strong pension plan where you contribute up to 8% and BJCTA contributes 25%. You become fully vested after 10 years of service. If you leave before 10 years, you only receive back what you contributed.
