Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Under general supervision responsible for the fleet maintenance personnel (mechanics, general services, etc.) in the maintenance and repair of the BJCTA’s fleet; including diesel and compressed natural gas vehicles
Micro Transit Dispatcher

The Dispatcher for Micro Transit plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of on-demand transit vehicles, while also overseeing the performance of Micro Transit Operators to guarantee exceptional passenger experiences.
Customer Care Associate

The Customer Care Associate provides prompt and courteous customer service assistance through extensive personal contact with the public. 
Planner II/Transit Planner

The Planner II/Transit Planner is responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of transit projects and services.
Paratransit Dispatcher Supervisor

The Paratransit Dispatcher Supervisor directly supervises a team of bus operators in the performance of their daily duties to maintain an efficient and reliable transit system.
Micro Transit Operator

The Micro Transit Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of on-demand transit vehicles.
Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations across the organization’s facilities.
Accounting Manager

The Manager of Accounting maintains the general ledger and its subsidiary ledgers to ensure the accurate accounting and reporting of BJCTA’s financial and statutory reporting.

Digital Media Specialist

The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for creating and managing digital content to promote the BJCTA brand, products, or services across various online platforms.

Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional activities at a company or organization. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.

Bus Operator - Fixed Route

A Bus Operator/Fixed Route is responsible for providing safe, courteous, and on- time transportation to the general public. Under close supervision, operates commercial public transit buses/coaches in the MAX service area. Positions in this job classification are considered safety sensitive and are subject to drug testing, including random drug screens, in accordance with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Drug and Alcohol regulations.

 

Building Custodian

The Building Custodian performs a variety of manual tasks in the care and cleaning of buildings. The Building Custodian will be responsible for work that involves specific and routine operations.

Fleet Technicians

Maintain, repair and/or rebuild all gas, diesel, Electric, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicles owned and operated by BJCTA. Equipment ranges from light to heavy duty vehicles.

Service Attendant  

Under general supervision, checks levels and dispenses fuels, cleans and services buses. Works shifts include nights and/or weekends.
