We set the standards and policies that guide how technology is implemented and managed across the organization. This includes data security, compliance, vendor management, and technology planning — ensuring all systems support BJCTA's operational, financial, and safety objectives.

2. Infrastructure

Our team manages and maintains the networks, servers, devices, and cloud environments that keep the agency running 24/7. This means providing high-availability connectivity across facilities, vehicles, and field operations while ensuring scalability as our services expand.

3. Functionality & Support

We deliver and support the digital tools that empower BJCTA's employees and riders — from enterprise systems and applications to public-facing platforms. Our IT Helpdesk ensures that every department has the tools and support needed to perform at the highest level.
