Route Changes
Several changes are coming to MAX Transit fixed-route services starting Monday, May 19, including the formal introduction of a new microtransit zone.
Here's what's changing:
- Routes 5 (Ensley Wylam) and 14 (Idlewild-Palisades) will be interlined.
- The end of the line for Route 6 (Pratt Ensley) will now be at Avenue F and 19th Street.
- Route 14 will be rerouted out of the Idlewild Circle neighborhood.
- Route 6 and 40 (Fairmont) will also be interlined.
- The Magic City Connector will be rerouted to Central Station.
- Time points will change on Route 25 (Centerpoint).
- Routes 7 (Fairfield) and 48 (South Powderly) will be converted to MAX On-Demand’s microtransit service.
