An audit completed earlier this year proved an unqualified opinion, despite allegations made against BJCTA, which means that an independent auditor’s judgment confirmed the organization’s financial statements were fairly and appropriately presented. The city of Vestavia Hills did receive an incorrect invoice which was provided by a former employee. A new and corrected invoice has since been submitted to the city manager.
