BJCTA’s Tevarius Foster Promoted to Sr. Director of Customer Experience

BJCTA (MAX Transit) is thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Tevarius Foster to the position of Senior Director of Customer Experience. Tevarius has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation in enhancing our customer service initiatives since joining BJCTA in 2021. Tevarius’s dedication and hard work have resulted in numerous achievements that have significantly improved our organization’s customer experience:
-Established a Customer Experience Ambassador program, increasing customer engagement and service accountability.

  • -Implemented a New Rider Code of Conduct and launched the Max University program.
  • -Increased partnerships with schools and local organizations, including a close collaboration with Birmingham City Schools to boost transit.
  • -Improved our customer feedback process and response times.
  • -Successfully cross-trained the entire Customer Care team.
  • -Enhanced our Quality Assurance program to ensure top-notch customer service.
  • -Updated our training program and planned new training initiatives for this year.
  • -Partnered with Ecolane to improve operational efficiency.
  • -Increased community engagement through various initiatives such as Community Meetings and Max Foundation events.

These accomplishments, along with receiving the Outstanding Job Performance (GROWTH) award in 2024, highlight Tevarius’s exceptional contributions to BJCTA. In his new role, Tevarius will continue to lead our customer experience initiatives, focusing on innovative strategies to enhance our service quality and customer satisfaction.
