In accordance with Governor Ivey’s Limited State of Emergency issued Friday, August 13, 2021, which authorizes “members of any other governmental entity or quasi-governmental entity created pursuant to a state statute or municipal ordinance, may participate in a meeting-and establish a quorum, deliberate, and take action-by means of telephone conference, video conference, or other similar communications equipment”, BJCTA Public Meetings will be held virtually until further notice.
