The Operations Department handles all public transportation services provided by MAX Transit.
All bus and van drivers and dispatchers who work in our control center report to the Operations Department.
Our regular buses follow specific routes with scheduled times at set bus stops.
This service is available to people who live within ¾ mile of regular bus routes but cannot use or access regular buses. These riders must be certified under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
This service provides van transportation from corner to corner within a designated On-Demand service zone.
